Zhejiang Baiao Gas Equipment Co., Ltd. is located in Fuyang District, Hangzhou, with convenient location and good transportation access. We are a gas equipment manufacturer integrating R&D, design, production, and installation. Our facility covers a 3,000 sqm standardized workshop, a 500 sqm office area, and a 500 sqm warehouse, along with employee living facilities. Our team is lean and professional, with dedicated R&D and after-sales service personnel to ensure stable production and reliable project execution.
Our main products include gas separation and purification equipment, such as PSA nitrogen generators, PSA oxygen generators, membrane separation nitrogen/oxygen generators, QH/QC series nitrogen purification units, and ammonia decomposition hydrogen purification units. Our products are developed based on overseas technologies and optimized for domestic industrial conditions, offering a relatively complete product range.
Our equipment is used in industries such as petrochemical, textile, food processing, automotive manufacturing, heat treatment, and SMT precision electronics. Our sales network covers more than 30 provinces and cities across China.

2014

Brand Foundation & Startup Launch

Settled in Fuyang, Hangzhou under the predecessor name Sizhuangge. The company focused on the R&D and manufacturing of PSA nitrogen and oxygen generation equipment. The founding team boasted profound expertise in the air separation industry, establishing its core positioning of energy-efficient gas generation to cut clients’ gas consumption costs.
2016

Rebranding & Independent R&D Rollout

Renamed Fuyang Boao. The firm broke reliance on outsourced processing by achieving in-house production of core valve bodies and adsorption tanks, eliminating supply chain constraints on outsourced components. Its first-generation energy-saving nitrogen generators entered mass production.
2019

Full Industrial Chain Completion & Capacity Expansion

A full industrial chain covering R&D, manufacturing, installation and after-sales service was established. A 3,000 sq.m standardized production plant was built, alongside a complete 72-hour full-load factory testing standard for finished machines. Major clients in the tire and chemical industries were onboarded.

Brand Upgrade & Renamed Zhejiang Boao

Officially rebranded Zhejiang Boao Gas Equipment Co., Ltd. with increased registered capital. The company obtained ISO triple certifications (Quality Management, Environmental Management, and Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems), emerging as a benchmark air separation equipment manufacturer in central Zhejiang.

The self-developed multi-stage pressure equalization energy-saving process was fully implemented, cutting gas loss to ≤5% and extending molecular sieve service life by 30%.
