4. Independent Air Intake: Reduces intake resistance. Equipped with a multi-functional intake valve group for no-load starting, which minimizes motor load. It utilizes high-efficiency filters to effectively filter out particulate matter from the air.
5. Centrifugal Fan with High-Pressure Plate-Fin Cooler: Delivers high wind pressure and low noise. It features independent external air intake and exhausts upward through a specially designed air duct, preventing hot air recirculation. The plate-fin cooler offers high heat exchange efficiency and low internal pressure loss, allowing the oil to fully exchange heat with no hot zones.
6. Professional Oil-Gas Vessel: Developed specifically for medium-to-high pressure conditions, it achieves superior coarse separation under various operating states. After secondary separation by the customized oil separator core, the final oil content in the compressed air does not exceed 3 ppm.
7. Specially Designed Air End Oil Supply System: Stabilizes oil supply pressure to ensure that the unit (especially the bearings) receives an adequate supply of oil during long-term operation in its later stages, resulting in more stable operation and a longer service life.
