Product Introduction

Working Principle:
The heatless regeneration compressed air dryer is based on the principle of pressure swing adsorption, using a microporous desiccant to adsorb water molecules and dry compressed air.

Technical Features:
Imported PLC intelligent control ensures stable and reliable operation.
Flanged filling ports allow for convenient replacement.
Sight glasses for the adsorption towers are available upon request, providing a clear, direct view of operating conditions.
Advanced pneumatic valves ensure a service life of over 1 million cycles.
A specialized airflow diffusion device maximizes the service life of the desiccant.

Operating Pressure: 0.4–1.0 MPa (1.0–3.0 MPa available)
Dew Point: ≤-40°C (-40°C to -73°C available)
Inlet Air Temperature: ≤50°C
Regeneration Air Consumption: ≤5%–8%
Pressure Drop: ≤0.02 MPa
Cycle Time: 4–10 minutes
